Wines of Portugal Grand Tasting Macau 2024

On May 23rd, at the Ritz Carlton in Macau, Wines of Portugal will hold its Grand
Tasting, starting at 4pm for the professional public and from 5:30pm for
consumers. This tasting will feature 12 producers from different regions of the
country and a masterclass from 3pm to 4.30pm for 30 guests, led by WE Sofia
Salvador, where 7 different wines will be presented.

Wines of Portugal Grand Tasting 2024 Mexico City

With the aim of identifying new business opportunities for producers, Wines of
Portugal is organizing its Grand Tasting in Mexico City on May 28th.


This Grand Tasting is aimed at Producers with and without distribution in the
Mexican market, who will have the opportunity to make contact with around 300
guests: qualified on and off trade professionals, with a focus on the HORECA
channel, importers, distributors and wine cellars; students and teachers from
hotel, tourism and hospitality schools, as well as wine academies; informed,
cosmopolitan, sophisticated consumers, looking for novelty and identity, placing
their purchases in the medium-high and high segments.


Meetings with importers


The event will have an exclusive moment for distributors and importers, around
30 Mexican companies, with the organization of a sales oriented moment between
producers and buyers, in order to increase the number of companies exporting to
Mexico and increase the number of references present on the market.

Wines of Portugal – June is For Indies

Wines of Portugal Month #JuneIsForIndies is back this June!

Meet the 15 UK independent retailers part of the 4th edition of this
award-winning campaign

For the 4th consecutive year, the Wines of Portugal Month - June is for Indies!
campaign is about to start and we would love you to join us!

Get to know the list of participating Indies (below), visit their shops during
the month of June and take advantage of the various Portuguese wine campaigns
each one of them is organising, as well as the exclusive promotions they are
implementing.

Last year, sales of Portuguese wines for the 2023 participating retailers were
up 356.65% in value and 207.26% in volume, when comparing June 2023 vs June
2022; and up 585.78% in value and 275.33% in volume comparing June with the
previous month of May 2023.


This year we are counting with 15 new selected retailers - 11 of them being
newcomers, and located all over the UK! (Northern Ireland, Scotland, England,
Isle of Man).

For this purpose, and following the success of last year's edition, Jamie Goode
(+48K followers on Instagram) will give us a help, covering and highlighting the
15 participating retailers and their Portuguese wines, through Instagram Lives
between the end of May and mid-June (check days and timings below).

to watch these lives with each of the participating Indies.

TASTING ROOMS WINES OF PORTUGAL


THE TASTINGS AT THE WINES OF PORTUGAL TASTING ROOMS ARE HELD FROM MONDAY TO
SATURDAY FROM 11AM TO 7PM IN LISBON AND IN PORTO

Wine tasting of wines from different regions of the country for individual
visitors or groups. In addition to the regular daily wine tasting activity, the
Wines of Portugal Tasing Rooms offer a programme of wine events such as the
launch of wines and new products, training sessions, workshops and thematic
tastings, among others.
