TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

  Premier Health & Fitness Marketing Agency




Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Technical Operations Manager for one of our
clients! They are an exclusive provider of marketing for well-known fitness
brands.  With over two decades of experience, their team brings a time-tested
and results-backed marketing approach to every aspect of growing fitness gyms
and studios. They are a small but lean team of under 40 people that have doubled
their revenue a couple times over. 




Our client offers an all-in-one solution that covers advertising, marketing, and
sales for fitness gyms and studios. They take a hands-on approach with each of
their clients that allows them to create custom-tailored marketing plans that
bring in more gym members on autopilot. 




They are on a mission to be the world’s number-one growth partner for
fitness-based franchises by helping them generate leads, members, and sales on
demand. They are looking for an Operations Manager that has the ability to solve
complex problems quickly and efficiently, as well as stay organized in order to
keep operations running smoothly, and be proactive in anticipating potential
issues before they arise.  If you believe these qualities describe you, then we

Structure & Compensation




 * Full Time & Fully Remote! 
 * Working hours: 9am -5pm  (preferably EST time zone)
 * Salary Range $60,000 to $70,000 CAD a year (Depends on Experience)
 * Independent Contractor role 
 * Accepting International Talent




Requirements

 

 * 4 years + of experience in management, operations and leadership required
 * Previous experience helping scale a company from an operations perspective 
 * Fluent in English
 * Extensive experience using Zapier and no-code automation
 * Experience with software like CRM/GHL,  Asana, ClickUp, Zoom, Slack
 * Google sheets extensive formula knowledge (Import ranges, vlookup, sorting,
   arithmetic, sumif, countif, iferror)
 * Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit or who have run their own business
   are encouraged to apply
 * 1+ years experience in digital marketing is highly preferred
 * Tech-savvy 
 * Passion for researching no-code software tools




Responsibilities

 

 * Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for
   opportunities for improvement or revision
 * Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic
   solutions
 * Work with the Fulfillment Team to develop the company's short and long term
   goals, and assist in managing the projects.
 * Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
 * Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve problems of
   medium complexity involving clients and team, and escalate to the team as
   needed
 * Suggest and implement fulfillment process improvements.
 * Managing tools, software, or any apps used.
 * Create, manage and use trackers/dashboards to track important KPIs and
   metrics from various platforms
 * Manage and monitor the workforce capacity with data driven reports and
   dashboards for each department
 * Manage operations coordinator (documenting SOPs, onboarding new employees,
   managing new employee experience, assist with random manual tasks manage
   company knowledgebase, troubleshoot small tech issues, company work
   environment/HR stuff/org chart)
 * Manage Google sheets and track data using extensive formulas
 * Manage company data, files, and documents to eliminate bottlenecks in
   specific areas
 * Building automation and processes
 * Using Zapier and other no-automation tools.
 * Creating automation and processes using GHL (Workflows, campaigns, triggers,
   calendars, opportunities, contacts, and other GHL functions)
 * Finding ways to maximize output and productivity in all aspects of the team
 * Troubleshooting software and tech tools used by all other departments
 * Manage and monitor the workforce capacity with data-driven reports and
   dashboards for each department
 * Manage operations coordinator (documenting SOPs, onboarding new employees,
   managing new employee experience, assisting with random manual tasks,
   managing company knowledgebase, troubleshooting small tech issues, company
   work environment/HR stuff/org chart)
 * Provide avenues for coaching, counseling and discipline for employees
   (matching up people who need coaching with the resources to get it)
 * Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology
 * Reporting directly to COO
