ABOUT OCEANAGOLD WAIHI

OceanaGold Corporation is a gold and copper producer with over 30 years of
operating sustainably in New Zealand. At Waihi, we operate a successful open pit
plus several underground mining projects. We also operate mines at Macraes Flat
in the South Island, in the Philippines and in the United States.

Sustainability is fundamental to the way we do business. We are committed to
mining responsibly, managing our effects, and more broadly, contributing to our
host communities.

We are currently completing the technical studies for two exciting new
opportunities, called the Waihi North Project and the Martha Open Pit Project,
and we're continuing to actively explore the region for further mineral
resources.
