Hello and welcome to My Massage Studio where a soothing calm will refresh your
day!


For those of you who have been before will know I am not only a qualified Thai
massage therapist with years of experience in providing massage therapy, but
also a kind and thoughtful person who genuinely cares for your health and
wellbeing. I am passionate about massage and put my heart into my job, doing my
best to provide excellent service every time. I offer authentic Traditional Thai
massage-based therapies with coconut oil, essential oil and herbal balm suited
to your needs to ensure you get the best from your treatment.


Located in Te Atatu, Auckland. Off-street parking is free and easy. Just drive
in and park in any available space. 


My Massage Studio provides a clean and calm environment to promote a relaxing
and comfortable experience. 


Pricing for treatments starts from $70 per hour. The pricing is affordable and
value for money. 


Vouchers are available for purchase. Treat your friend or loved one to a
soothing massage. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.


Availability is Thursday and Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm by appointment ONLY.  The
last appointment is at 6:30 pm. Walk-ins cannot be accepted. Saturday
appointments can be taken with 24 hours' notice.

Treatments 

My Active - $70/hr

A Traditional Thai massage best for people who want a more active form of
massage and want to reduce and relieve pain and stress and improve flexibility.
This form of massage uses yoga-like stretching techniques with pressure applied
using thumbs, hands, elbows and knees. You would generally wear loose clothing.


My Signature - $70/hr

A massage using oil in the style of Traditional Thai massage. This massage aims
to help reduce stress and promote a relaxed state of mind. It uses firm pressure
and rhythmic movements with the aid of the oil along the energy lines of the
body. 


My Essential - $70/hr

A relaxation massage using aromatic oil using gentle techniques that is best for
people who want to feel pampered and stress-free. This type of massage can help
boost your mood, and reduce stress and anxiety while relaxing you completely. 


My Intense - $80/hr

A deep and firm massage that is a good option if you have a lot of muscle
tension or chronic pain. This massage uses friction techniques focussing on a
deeper layer of muscle tissue. 90-120 minutes is recommended.


My Restore - $80/hr

A massage used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and speed up the
body's healing processes.  Various massage techniques will be used to apply
pressure appropriate to the need. 90-120 minutes is recommended.


My Unwind - $70/hr

A massage designed to loosen the upper back, neck and shoulder muscles while
promoting better blood flow and reducing tension. This is a great massage option
if you work in an office or sit for extended periods.


My Sole - $70/hr

A foot massage best for people who are looking to relax or restore their natural
energies. You can wear loose comfortable clothing that allows access to your
legs.
