Communication in between sessions was lacking on the part of my coach. Said coach either took a very long time to respond to my inquiries or did not respond to them at all. While the coach's justifications were acceptable, they were not communicated to me beforehand. Perhaps my overall experience would have been better had I been assigned a different coach. And seeing as their services required a great financial investment, I expected a lot better! I didn't even receive communication from the administrators regarding progress with my career coach.Overall, I do recommend CareerJoy, however, I recommend that one have a basic awareness of their career goals.
