MICROSOFT’S OPERATOR CONNECT ENHANCES AND SIMPLIFIES VOICE EXPERIENCE

Online collaboration has become an integral part of success, and many
organizations work with Microsoft Teams, whose recent “Operator Connect”
announcement is intended to further enhance and simplify voice communications.
As part of the implementation, Microsoft Operator Connect requires that
operators have SBCs certified for direct routing (PDF). The Microsoft-certified
Oracle SBC helps reduce hardware and management costs, and provides high-quality
PSTN voice capabilities.
