<p><strong>Description:</strong><br> When an LLC is a seller in a real estate transaction, who can bind the LLC? Unlike corporations or partnerships, the answer is not always apparent. This program will address the structure of an
LLC, formation considerations, and legal requirements. Additionally, the program will review avenues for collecting information from public and private sources to reach conclusions as to who may legally bind the company. The
course will also review other considerations of significance when an LLC is involved in a real estate transaction.<br> </p>
<p><strong>Accreditation:</strong><br> This webinar is approved for 1.0 general and 1.0 real estate and business litigation certification credit with The Florida Bar and 1 hour of continuing education with NALA. </p>
<p>This seminar meets the requirements of the NALA certifying Board for continuing legal education credit required to maintain the CP (Certified Paralegal) credential.</p>
<p>The Florida Bar accreditation for this seminar will expire on <strong>September </strong><strong>30, 2024 </strong>and access to this seminar will not be available after that date.</p>
