Basic Data Recovery service prices include full recovery for many common causes
of data loss, including deleted files, calibration issues, minor firmware
failures, and other non-complex failures. For some more advanced failures, there
may be surcharges as listed on our pricing page.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We pride ourselves on quick turnaround time. Typically, diagnostics will be
completed within 72 hours, and the recovery will take an additional 7-10 days.
We also offer expedited and emergency services for those who need it sooner. See

WHAT DATA WILL I GET BACK?

You will receive a file list, containing the recoverable data on your drive. You
will be able to review and approve that list before making payment and
finalizing the recovery. The recovered data can be downloaded or loaded onto
another storage device for you.

HOW MUCH DOES DATA RECOVERY COST?

We offer prices that are much lower than the competition. Our customers save an
average of $500 on data recovery over the leading providers. You can visit our
pricing page for detailed pricing information, which will depend on the capacity
of your drive and the type of failure(s). You will have the option to review and
approve or decline service based upon the quote we provide to you after
examining your media.

HOW DO I START A SERVICE?

You can start the data recovery process when you Submit a Service and ship your
device to us. For our clients in the United States, we offer a free inbound
shipping label. Once we receive your device, we run an evaluation to make sure
your data is recoverable before we send you a quote. As long as your drive is
not missing its warranty seal and/or has not been opened, our expert evaluation
prior to quote is 100% free.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?

With our standard service, there is no fee until your data is successfully
recovered. (Expedited and emergency service may require an upfront deposit.) You
will get the chance to review your recovered data before payment is required.

WILL YOU LOOK AT MY FILES?

We ensure privacy for all of our customers. All projects bring us into a state
of total nondisclosure, and in most cases our technicians cannot even see the
contents of your data beyond the file name and metadata necessary to reconstruct
