GROWTH AND INNOVATION

We’re modernizing the way suppliers engage and transact with us. Over the next
year, suppliers will continue to hear more about how we’re improving the
procure-to-pay process with the Coupa Supplier Portal. This central online
portal will help suppliers receive purchase orders, submit invoices, track
payment status and communicate with Intuit. Supplier risk assessments, including
operational, compliance, and security and privacy, will continue to be managed
in Aravo.

What is the Coupa Supplier Portal?


The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) is a platform suppliers can used to view
purchase orders and track payment status. Suppliers in the US and Canada can
also use the CSP to submit invoices. Access and use of the portal is free. Check
out this site to learn more.

When can I start using the Coupa Supplier Portal?


Suppliers who receive Intuit US, and Canada POs can use the Coupa Supplier
Portal to submit invoices. All Suppliers can use the Coupa Supplier Portal to
view purchase orders (POs), view invoices once they are processed, and view
payment details.

How do I register for the Coupa Supplier Portal?


Suppliers can reach out to SupplierConnect@intuit.com to request an invitation
email to register. Follow the guidelines provided in the email. Registration
takes only a few minutes.

What if I use the Coupa Supplier Portal with another customer?


You can use your existing Portal account to also connect with Intuit. Provide us
with your existing Coupa Supplier Portal admin account email to
SupplierConnect@intuit.com. Your accounts will automatically merge when Intuit
sends you an invitation. Within your account, there will be a drop-down option
to toggle between customers.

Is there a cost associated with the Coupa Supplier Portal?


No, there is no cost to register and use the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Am I required to use the Coupa Supplier Portal?


Though it’s not required, Intuit highly encourages suppliers to transact with us
through the portal. This will ensure timely invoice and payment processing.

I’m a new supplier to Intuit, what do I do?


When you receive your first purchase order from Intuit, you will also receive a
link to register in the Coupa Supplier Portal.

I haven’t received my invitation, what do I do?

What is Aravo?


Aravo is Intuit’s secure third-party risk management solution that simplifies
and automates how we risk screen, assess, onboard, manage, and monitor our third
parties.

Aravo is used to securely store your company's:

 * Contact and banking information
 * Site details (Purchase Order and remit email addresses)
 * Tax Forms

What happens after I update and submit my registration details in Aravo?


Our Supplier Data Management Team will review your information, and follow up
with any questions as needed.

What if I forgot my login information?


On the Aravo login page, click on the ‘Need help accessing your account’ to
reset your password or retrieve your username. For step-by-step instructions,
visit our Aravo Supplier Guide.

How can I update my banking information?


After you log in to Aravo, go to the ‘Update Information’ section to add or
update banking information. For step-by-step instructions, visit our Aravo
Supplier Guide.

How can I add or remove a user to our Aravo account?


After you log in to Aravo, review your current contacts listed.  You can click
‘Edit’ to make changes to existing contacts or click ‘Add a New Contact’. For
step-by-step instructions, visit our Aravo Supplier Guide.

How do I respond to a Security Assessment?


You will receive an email from Aravo with a direct link to the assessment. If
you are not the correct person to complete the screening you can forward the
email. For step-by-step instructions, visit our Aravo Supplier Guide. For
support with completing the assessment please reach out to 3PSA@intuit.com.

How do I respond to a Privacy Assessment?


You will receive an email from Aravo with a direct link to the assessment.  If
you are not the correct person to complete the screening you can forward the
email.  Step by step instructions are included in the Aravo Supplier Guide. For
support with completing the assessment please reach out to 3PPA@intuit.com.

I need help with Aravo. Whom do I contact?


There are multiple entities performing the onboarding and risk screening
process.  For support, please review the most recent correspondence you have
received and it will contain specific contact information depending on the step
you are in during the process.
