This initiative is supported by Scitum to offer to the community a free security tool for analysis of vulnerabilities. En años recientes, el factor de riesgo de ataques por hackers se ha concentrado en la capa de aplicaciones debido a esta necesidad Maguey2 ATF busca proporcionar las herramientas alineado a una metodología de pruebas de seguridad en aplicaciones, fungiendo como apoyo a los consultores y equipos de trabajo en sus esfuerzos de seguridad internos y/externos -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW DOES IT WORK? It is a virtual machine with a Linux operating system (Ubuntu 12.04) and virtual compilers, interpreters and machines to develop and execute programs in languages such as Python, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Java, and it even has the ability to execute Windows native programs (C#, Visual Basic, among others) through Wine. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW IS IT INTEGRATED? It is integrated by a set of the best Open Source application security tools, ready to be used, divided and aligned to a security tests methodology. This will offer robust support for the execution of analysis, security tests and ethical hacking in applications (Web, database, Web servers). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHO IS IT FOR? The distribution of Maguey2 ATF is mainly addressed to application security consultants, but it can be used by any security enthusiast. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHICH ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING IT? * • To have a framework for training, diagnosis, and the implementation of security tests and analysis of vulnerabilities performed to applications. * • To minimize the preparation time for security tests and analysis of vulnerabilities performed to applications. * • To standardize the use of a framework. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT IS DIFFERENT IN THIS VERSION?
