By now I've had 4 tattoos from Mike, and he upgraded an old tattoo of mine that
was completed by someone else, and we're working on finishing my sleeve. This is
the only man I trust to finish my arm, and it's definitely worth the 2.5-hour
one-way drive!

I've been with him since before the move to Thousand Oaks, and let me tell ya,
he is the chillest artist; he has his craft down to a fine art and has the
patience of a saint.

The tattoo in the picture was my first with Mike and it came out perfect!

As for the shop, it's very clean and all the staff is friendly & organized.
There's always music playing in a wide variety of genres, and I've also been
asked what I wanted to listen to while getting tattooed.

Can't wait 'til my next visit!

Just got my hand done by Mike yesterday and I like it a lot. The shop is super

I got a realistic tattoo here of a butterfly and i absolutely love it. Mike the
owner did it and i will definitely be coming back for more in the future not
only by him but by some of their other artists! I have my eye on Gavin next!

Mike and his crew are top notch.
My wife and I have both gotten Tattoos from this location. I wanted a tattoo of
my dog that I lost a few months ago. Mike knocked it out of the park .
Ani did an amazing flower / butterfly tattoo for my wife. (Her first tattoo)
We both felt very comfortable at the shop. Striking up conversations about daily
life / kids/ families/ business .
Do not hesitate to get a tattoo from MD . Actually call or text them asap !

will get!!!

Mike D is an amazing tattoo artist. His work is out of this world!!! Let's not
forget the other artist because their work is amazing as well!

If you're looking for a tattoo (I think they do piercing as well), I HIGHLY
recommend this place. I promise you can't go wrong.

I researched many Tattoo artists to find the best 3d Realist. I narrowed down my
choices to 2. After reviewing their work and reading reviews, I chose Mike
Devries, owner of MD Tattoo Studio. I am glad I did! Mike wasn't the closest to
me, over 4 hour drive each way; he wasn't the least expensive of the two, about
the same; He was just the best in visual results and honest reviews. After my
first tattoo with Mike for a difficult 3 demensional Rolling Stones tongue
tattoo; I was quick to return for a second one 2 months later. I am extremely
pleased with the results and glad I chose Mike at MD Tattoo Studio. The shop is
modern, clean, and bright. The staff is friendly. The results speak for

All the artists here are top notch. Making an appoint was very easy for my nerdy
Nintendo tattoo. If you want the best realistic tattoo Mike will make sure that
what you want is placed perfectly and more importantly, will make sure it's done

concerns. I figured my deposit was a lost cause but he was highly hospitable
with me in getting my deposit back. It says a lot on how he runs his business.
Sometimes it's the people, sometimes it's the job. Just have to discern which
