who the manager is or who the committee are. Managers and committees change but
the building/complex remains.

Furthermore, we will not be influenced by letting agreements or any other
business activities that may be conducted at the complex and we will not include
or recommended anything in a report that we are not prepared to justify and
defend in the witness box in a Court of Law.
