Biotech Microbials B.V. is a biotechnology company engaged in contract research
and development, production and commercialization of innovative products
utilizing microbes for the health, food & beverage and
agricultural/horticultural sector.

OUR FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU

We can analyze and help optimize your microbial strain’s performance in your
specific process on production or lab scale. To this end, we use our broad
spectrum of available experimental techniques and expertise. These range from
metabolite and genomics analysis, to state-of-the-art fermentors and cultivation
systems for the production of microorganisms and biotechnological end-products.
Furthermore, we develop and manufacture biotechnological products of superior
quality with a high safety standard. As such, our well-equipped lab is available
to develop downstream processing and perform quality control analyses.


STRAIN COLLECTION

Biotech Microbials has isolated and collected a large variety of microbial
strains. These include bacterial strains ready to play a part in the circular
economy, yeast strains for the production of beer, cider or wine, algae strains
for the production of biomass and metabolites, as well as antagonists for
horticultural purposes. We use conservation methods that guarantee the genetic
stability and viability of the strains. We can store your microorganisms under
an exclusivity agreement and/or deliver these strains as starter cultures.
