we are on hand to help 24/7.

CAR ALARMS

Please be mindful that a car alarm can ruin our passengers' experience on board,
especially at night. Passengers are reminded to ensure that their vehicle alarm
is off for the duration of the passage. This can be done once you have parked on
the car deck and before you proceed up the stairs.

Please refer to your vehicle manual for information on disabling the car alarm.
On many cars, you can prevent the motion sensor from being activated by locking
the vehicle with the physical key rather than electronically.

BREXIT

Important information for EU, EEA and Swiss Nationals:

Changes to government legislation will mean that most EU, EEA and Swiss
nationals can only travel to the UK using a valid passport, unless they have
applied to the EU Settlement Scheme by 30 June 2021 or otherwise have protected
rights under the Citizens’ Rights Agreements.

ID cards will no longer be accepted as a valid travel document and it will not
be possible to enter the UK using one. Anyone travelling to the UK on an invalid
travel document may be refused entry at the border.

Please see the government website detailing the changes and any exemptions.

We hope you have a wonderful trip, and thank you for travelling with us.
