From our initial discussion through to project commencement and delivery, our

Broadly, this expertise includes growth strategy, proposal development,
grant/funding applications, and management documentation. Although separable, of
course, for us these areas work together to reinforce each other and ultimately

that helps to retain existing business while proving the capacity to take on

 * The application of our wide industry experience that enables us to cut
   through 'normal' ways of thinking. By being constantly exposed to new ideas
   and ways of working we help to seed new ideas and crystalize concepts that
   take the work we do for our clients to the next level. Our work in retail
   product development and insights into the hospitality industry also gives us
   a 'customer's eye view' of the attributes in product descriptions, labelling
   and instructions that helps to convert sales.

 * Our commitment when it comes to getting things done hopefully won't surprise
   you. This means we're geared to getting the outcome you need at the right
   level of quality to satisfy your needs. Put another way, if you want a Mini,
   that's what we'll deliver. Not a Rolls Royce (unless that's what you want).
   But the Mini will be turbocharged because that's the way we roll in adding
   value without adding unnecessary cost.

 * Integrity. While we enjoy putting lipstick on the pig if that's what you want
   in creating a story that will help your business grow and develop, we always
   work with honesty at our core and enjoy working with people and organisations
   that share our values for integrity, who treat people with dignity, and who
   have a sense of humour (just in case you missed it).


WHY THE LAST HOPE?

Occasionally we’re asked the meaning of ‘Spes Unica’. It loosely translates as
‘last hope’, which we think is quite amusing, given the reasons why people
engage us to help them, such as:

 1. Everyone is suddenly on leave or sick when a major proposal is due.

 2. 'We can't write!' anyone who's left will say.

 3. And on a positive note, because extra brains often bring to light new
    approaches to solving problems.
