CHAI is the leading AI platform, performing research in conversational
generative artificial intelligence

We believe in platforms. There is huge demand for AI that is not only factually
correct but also entertaining and social.

CHAI has over 1M DAU, and $10M in revenue. Our mission is to empower ordinary
people to build content and AI that they can interact with and share.

This is an unsolved problem in AI. We experiment with long-context, LoRA, and
also RLHF to ensure CHAI's AI is steered in a way that is aligned with the
content creators intent.

We are a small group of engineers who believe in working insanely hard to
achieve something special.

INCENTIVES & SCALE

All platforms operate best when incentives are done well. We at CHAI have
experimented with giving developers money, but so far the largest driver of AI
submissions is the opportunity to get high quality feedback, recognition and
satisfaction of building a highly popular LLM. CHAI's scale helps us to collect
the critical mass of feedback and LLMs necessary to establish great feedback
loops.
