MENTOR

WEAU has individuals who reach out to those new to their role by providing a
helping hand, a word of advice, and being kind and understanding. These
individuals take time with new employees at their facilities and even reach out
to those who work at different plants and agencies. Although they may not have
realized it then, these individuals have become mentors. WEAU wants to begin
recognizing them at the Mid-Year Conference, and we need your help. Please
submit your mentor names through an online form. If you have any questions,
