INTEGRATE LUCIDSPARK WITH MONDAY.COM

Easily visualize and collaborate on monday.com projects and tasks in Lucidspark
with the Lucid Cards for monday.com integration. To learn how to install, link,
and import monday.com items as Lucid Cards, read this article.

This integration is only available to Enterprise accounts. To upgrade, check out
our Lucidspark Plans article and contact our sales team.

Users in the FedRAMP environment do not have access to this integration. To

INSTALL THE LUCID CARDS FOR MONDAY.COM INTEGRATION

To install the monday.com integration:

 1. Go to the Lucid Integration Marketplace.
 2. Select Lucidspark at the top of the page.
 3. Search “monday.com”.
 4. Click Start.
 5. Click Install in the window that appears.


LINK LUCIDSPARK WITH MONDAY.COM

To authenticate Lucidspark in monday.com, follow these steps:

 1. Click the monday.com icon from the Primary Toolbar in Lucidspark.
 2. Select Import monday.com items.
 3. Click Authorize.
 4. Enter your account ID from monday.com and click Next. 
    * You can find your account ID by logging in to your monday.com account and
      looking at your board URL. It is the part of the URL that comes before
      monday.com. Example:
 5. Log in to monday.com.
 6. Click Authorize.
    * If you receive an error message, please contact your monday.com admin and
      ask them to install the integration for your account.

Tip: If you do not see the monday.com icon in the Primary Toolbar, you may need
to pin it to the toolbar, which you can learn more about in our Get started with
Lucidspark article.


IMPORT ITEMS AS LUCID CARDS

To import monday.com items into Lucidspark as Lucid Cards, follow these steps:

 1. Click the monday.com icon from the Primary Toolbar.
 2. Select Import monday.com items.
 3. Choose a workspace from the “Workspace” dropdown.
 4. Select a board from the “Board” dropdown.
 5. Enter a search term into the field or leave it blank to return all rows.
 6. Check the box next to any items you want to import into Lucidspark.
 7. Click Import # issues at the bottom-right corner.


FAQ

I’m getting an error when linking Lucidspark with monday.com. How do I fix it?
You need to install the Lucid app in monday.com before using the integration in
Lucidspark. If you receive a message in monday.com that you are not allowed to
install the Lucid app, please contact your monday.com admin and request that
they install it for your account.

Will my cards update automatically in Lucidspark?
No. To see changes made in monday.com reflected in Lucidspark, you need to
re-import the items by following the Import items as Lucid Cards steps listed
above.

Can I edit my cards after importing them from monday.com?
No. To edit a field in a Lucid Card, make the change in monday.com and re-import
the items.

Is this integration available in multiple languages?
No. The Lucid Cards integration with monday.com is currently available in
English only.
