Welcome to our for-gil locale inspired by Memphis BBQ restaurants and dive bars
like The BBQ Shoppe, The Mothlight, Payne's BBQ and concert venues like The
Hi-Tone.Dan's BBQ Shop aims to provide a more low-key atmosphere and southern
home cooking to patrons, featuring dishes heavily inspired by dives and diners
in the Memphis area, and we hope you'll enjoy the chance to try something out of
the ordinary.Right by the beach with an unobstructed view of the Mist, whether
at the tables or the fire pit, there's still full dining service, so please let
our staff know if you'd prefer to enjoy the view! We invite all players to grab
a bourbon cherry slushie and a plate of pulled pork, then kick back and enjoy
the music and the company of friends.Every Monday at 8PM is time for WOLR
Crystal Clear Radio, hosted by owner and DJ Stranger Dan on Live365! He'll be
spinning punk, rockabilly, and garage music to tune into while you enjoy our
homecooked meals. If you're a DJ or a bard/troupe looking to play, or a venue

Mains—3,000 gil each

BBQ SpaghettiA classic. Overnight hickory smoked pork on a bed of spaghetti and
tomato sauce mixed with BBQ sauce. An unconventional dish that started showing
up in the 70s, this dish is incredibly filling and combines the savory flavors
of the pork and tomato sauce with a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar based
BBQ sauce.Pulled Pork PlatterA plate of pulled pork drizzled with your choice of
mild or hot BBQ sauce. Goes great with a side order of cornbread or mashed
popotoes!Rack of RibsA regional specialty, our ribs are world-renowned for their
flavor and tenderness. Smoked overnight and slow cooked with a dry spice rub,
these ribs will practically fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. Try with a
side of cornbread!Fried CatfishA lesser known southern classic, this corn meal
battered and fried catfish gives you an almost fluffy fish interior texture with
a crunchy exterior that adds an earthy but slightly sweet corn flavor. Served
with hushpuppies and a side of honey butter. Note: No Namazu were harmed in the
making of this dish.Fried Chicken SandwichHope you're hungry because this one's
a monster; this fried chicken sandwich is about the size of a Roe's head and
comes stacked with Old World and Pimento cheeses and a bed of pickles.Smoked
SausageThese beef sausages are smoked and then slow cooked in their own juices,
giving them a nice caramelized exterior and a very intense savory flavor. Ideal
as an appetizer, they come with toothpicks for each guest at the table to skewer
their own sausages out of the pile.BBQ PizzaAn oddball item, the BBQ Chicken
pizza replaces the traditional Italian tomato sauce base with a layer of BBQ
sauce and then is topped with mozzarella, cheddar, fresh red onions, and smoked

pork, then topped with bits of pork cracklin and green onions.
