OUR PROCESS

Step 1 - Fill out your onboarding form so we can understand more about you and
your business.

Step 2 - Onboarding setup. We'll take all the information from your onboarding
form to set up the infrastructure, making sure we're doing all the right things
to keep the deliverability on point and land in the inbox.

Step 3 - Schedule a kickoff call. Here we'll go over the onboarding form,
brainstorm markets, ideas, and angles.

Step 4 - We'll use the information from the onboarding form and kickoff call to
create your lead lists and initial campaigns.

Step 5 - After the lead lists and campaigns are approved, our team will launch
the first campaigns.

Step 6 - We'll start booking qualified leads right into your calendar.

Step 7 - Campaign adjustments. Aside from the weekly reports, our team will do
monthly check-in calls to go over the recommended iterations and improvements we
can make to maximize the campaign performance and cash in your pockets.

About coldform

Hey! I'm Lars, the founder & owner of coldform.Over the last 18 months, I helped
found and grow a lead generation agency from €0-100k/m.
But, after scaling to over €100k/m, I decided to leave and start coldform. Why?
I didn't agree with the normal models for running a lead gen agency, charging
massive setup fees or retainers.That's why I wanted to go back out on my own.
Creating a model and agency that's much more sustainable, both for clients and
myself. We work on a performance-based model, only charging for actual results
generated, minimizing the risk for you. Which I believe is a much better
structure for a long, successful partnership than ridiculously high setup fees
