I put in a request a while back to get the flywheel fixed (grinding issues new
out of the box). I haven't even been able to put the machine together yet to see
how it works due to delays in getting the initial fix scheduled. It has taken
multiple emails and phone calls to try to get the work order to go through and
get it scheduled.

Q: On a previously owned elliptical of a different brand the lowest resistance
level allowed the flywheel to spin freely (no resistance applied to the
flywheel).
On this 7.0 AE elliptical the lowest resistance is a level “1” and there is some
drag on the flywheel. Is this normal for this machine?

A: The stride is designed to fit a variety of heights. Without knowing your
specific details, I think it would be just fine. You can always visit a local
