HOW DO WE USE ANALYTIC DATA AND TARGETED ADVERTISING?
Analytic Tools
MxToolbox uses Google Analytics and other third-party analytics provider
software tools on the Website to learn more about how visitors navigate the
Website and view content. Google Analytics will place cookies on your device
that will generate information we select about your use of the Website,
including your device’s IP address. That information will be transmitted
directly to and stored by Google. The information will be used for the purposes
of evaluating use of the Website, compiling reports on activity on the Website
for our use and providing other services relating to activity on, and usage of,
the Website. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where
required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on
Google’s behalf. Google’s practices with respect to the Personal Data collected
through Google Analytics are covered by Google’s privacy policy, available at

Targeted Advertising
MxToolbox uses service providers and other third parties such as Google Ads to
serve you internet-based advertisements. Google uses advertising cookies to
allow Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our
Website and other websites on the internet. Google and the other ad networks use
Cookies to identify your web browsing history and to choose which ads to display
on their network websites. Those ads may include advertisements for businesses
other than MxToolbox. You may opt out of personalized advertising from Google by
visiting Ad Settings (google.com).
You may see advertising for MxToolbox products in your email or on other
websites based on your browser behavior across websites. You may also see our
ads on social media networks because social media networks use interest
preferences that you have chosen on those sites, as well as registration and
other information about you, to choose which ads to display to you.
WHO DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH?
To operate our business, we may share Personal Data with third parties,
including:
* Service Providers. We may share Personal Data in connection with the services
our service providers provide to us, including, without limitation, order
fulfillment, marketing, data hosting, payment processing, and fraud
protection and prevention. We require these Service Providers to exercise
reasonable care to protect your Personal Data and restrict their use of your
Personal Data to the purposes for which we provided it to them. Of course,
there is always the risk that a third party may intentionally or
unintentionally mishandle your Personal Data.

third parties to facilitate the delivery of targeted ads, promotions and
offers to you, on our behalf, on and off the Website. If you have agreed to

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

and services to you. In certain circumstances, your data may also need to be
retained for a longer period of time, such as when a legal hold or litigation
hold (i.e., a prohibition of data deletion for the duration of the proceedings)

retain and use this information as long as necessary to comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then delete it.

and communication preferences by contacting us as described below or logging
into your online account.

* Limits on Targeted Advertising. If you wish to limit receipt of targeted
advertisements, you may:
* Click on the displayed icon on that advertisement to receive more
information and you may choose to opt out.
* Change your settings with individual browsers or ad networks. Specifically,
you may opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Ad
Settings (google.com).
* Visit National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital
Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Choice Tool to opt-out of certain targeted
advertising.
If you opt out, you may still receive online advertising from MxToolbox, which
is based on your preferences or online behavior. MxToolbox uses multiple online
advertising programs, so opting out of one program does not opt you out from all
online advertising.
Please note, we have not yet developed a response to browser "Do Not Track"
signals, and do not change any of our data collection practices when we receive
such signals. We will continue to evaluate potential responses to "Do Not Track"
signals in light of industry developments or legal changes.
Opt-Out of Marketing Emails.
If you sign up to receive electronic communications, you consent to our sending
such electronic communications to you using the email address you provide. If
you no longer want to receive electronic marketing communications from
MxToolbox, you should use the "unsubscribe" button found on the emails you
received, visit https://mxtoolbox.com/Public/Unsubscribe.aspx, or contact us and
request to be unsubscribed. Your unsubscribe request or email preference changes
will be processed promptly, though this process may take several days. During
that processing period, you may receive additional marketing and other
promotional emails from us.
Please note, opting out of these communications will only apply to marketing and
other promotional emails and will not apply to any email or other communications
we send to you for non-marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, emails
and other communications about your interactions with the Website.
Opt-Out of Text Notifications.
You may elect to receive promotional text messages from us. When you sign up to
receive promotional text messages, we will send you promotional offers and other
information. To the extent, you voluntarily opt to have promotional text
messages sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the
information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text
message. You may opt out of receiving promotional text messages at any time by
texting "STOP" to our text messages. Please note, your ability to opt out of
this does not apply to text messages we send to you for multi-factor
authentication ("MFA") verification purposes.

We are active on social media, including Twitter ("Social Media"). Anything you
post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated
confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Website and our Social Media
pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. The
Website allow you to connect and share data with Social Media platforms. These
features may require us to use cookies, plug-ins, and APIs provided by such
Social Media platforms to facilitate those communications and features. The
Website may use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media
platforms to deliver advertising content. Use of these services requires Social
Media platforms to implement cookies or pixel tags to deliver ads to you while

We do not direct or target any piece of the Website to children under the age of
