THE PRIZE DRAW

 1. The purpose of this draw is to encourage Legal & General pension scheme
    members to register and engage with Manage Your Account (MYA).  


ELIGIBILITY

 1. Subject to the Eligibility Conditions below, this prize draw is open to all
    Legal & General pension scheme members whose employers have promoted the
    prize draw.
 2. The Eligibility Conditions are that Entrants:
    * must be aged 18 years or over;
    * may not be Employees or agents of Legal & General, or their families or
      any other person acting in connection with this draw;
    * must provide their correct name or address (if required to enter).


HOW TO ENTER

 1. The Prize draw is entered by logging into Manage Your Account, which you can
    do here:  legalandgeneral.com/mya-prizedrawOpens in new tab Once there,
    click on the workplace pension plan and follow the links provided to submit
    your entry. If you haven’t previously registered for Manage Your Account
    you’ll need to do this before you can enter the prize draw.
 2. Entries must be made directly by the person entering the prize draw with a
    maximum of one entry per person.
 3. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm 30 September 2023. Legal & General
    accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a
    technical fault of any kind or any other reason.


THE PRIZE

 1. The winner will receive a Samsung Smart TV, worth a total of £500 and no
    cash alternative is available. Legal & General reserves the right to
    substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances
    beyond Legal & General’s control makes it necessary to do so.


THE WINNER

 1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the
    closing date stated above. The judges’ decision is final and no
    correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
 2. The prize winner will be drawn within a week of the closing date for entries
    and the winner will be notified within two weeks of the prize draw.
 3. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by email and/or phone
    using the contact details provided on entry. If the winner cannot be
    contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Legal &
    General reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant
    drawn at random.
 4. Details of the winning entry can be obtained from Legal & General.


GENERAL

 1. Should Legal & General discover or have a reasonable suspicion that an
    entrant’s conduct is contrary to the terms and conditions, spirit or purpose
    of this draw, Legal & General reserves all rights to disqualify the entrant.
 2. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law.
    Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. By entering this Prize
    Draw all entrants consent to the transfer of any personal data to the Data
    Controller for the administration of this prize draw.
