Billups Financial was created to provide high caliber financial services to the
Black Community. With nearly two decades managing in the Financial Industry, Roz
uses her expertise to design custom financial plans for each of her clients
individualized personal and professional needs. 

We realize that you may not have worked with a financial advisor before, or an
advisory firm focused on financial planning. That is okay, our practice is
focused on Goals Based Planning. This means the entire process is centered
around you, beginning with your current financial overview and the desired end
result. We have helped hundreds of clients with basic to
advanced plans. Our hands on approach ensures you are involved with
the planning process and comfortable with the speed at which we drive forward to
reaching your desired financial destination.
