In 2018,  Andre Matini partnered with Army Veteran Daniel Garcia to launch a
SDVOSB under the moniker JTF Business Solutions. After three years of launching
the new JTF Solutions branch, JTF was able to achieve 8(a) certification status
and is now one of the few SDVOSB, 8(a) Federal partners who provide IT onsite
services to the Government. In 2020 GSA awarded JTF Solutions a 20 million
dollar Global Supplies Contract to support agencies worldwide. 

Headquartered in Springfield, VA, with capabilities of servicing the CONUS,
Hawaii, Alaska, PR, as well as Europe and Asia. JTF is an industry leader in IT
distribution and customer care outsourced services, operating in two business
segments: Technology Solutions and Onsite Managed Print Solutions.

We support agencies across the defense, intelligence, and civilian communities
that are accountable for services and missions that keep our country safe. JTF
is known for its diverse range of service offerings and has three main practice
