THE MASALA CHAI TEA RECIPE

There are two ways you can choose to make and enjoy the Indian chai, you can
choose to crush spices like ginger, pepper, clove, cardamom by yourself or you
can buy chai tea online. Whichever way you choose to go, using this recipe
method can make you a nice, warming cup of chai to enjoy. Follow these simple
steps: 

 * Empty the crushed spices or masala tea leaves in a pot of water and bring to
   a boil
 * Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
 * Add the milk and sugar to the pan and bring to a boil. 
 * Remove from the heat and add the tea.
 * Cover and let steep for 3 minutes
 * Stir the chai, then strain it into a warmed teapot or directly into teacups
