The recommendations and guidance will enable businesses and finance to integrate nature into decision making. Our aim is to support a shift in global financial flows away from nature-negative outcomes and toward nature-positive outcomes, aligned with the Global Biodiversity Framework. They accommodate the different approaches to materiality in use currently and are aligned with the goals and targets of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. GOVERNANCE The governance processes, controls and procedures used to monitor and manage nature-related issues. STRATEGY The approach used to manage nature-related issues. RISK & IMPACT MANAGEMENT The processes used to identify, assess, prioritise and monitor nature-related issues. METRICS & TARGETS Performance in relation to nature-related issues, including progress towards any targets set or required to be met by law or regulation. TNFD AT COP16 At the UN Biodiversity COP16 in Colombia, we will host a series of events alongside the Green Zone. Register your interest in attending sessions online.
