Move-in

The Guest is required to show a photo identification upon move-in.

You'll need to let us know in advance what time you'll arrive.

Cancellation
100% Free Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours after your arrival. You have 48
hours to check the property and see if suits your requirements. You have 48
hours to cancel your reservation by any reason.

Payment

Your payment will be managed and processed by Booking.com B.V. and it will be
secured until your check in. We will forward the funds to the Owner only after
we will receive your check-in confirmation.

Refundable security deposit

A security deposit of €800 is required. This security deposit is fully
refundable during check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Children policy

All children are welcome within the property.

Pets policy

All pets are welcome within the property.

Smoking policy

Smoking is allowed within the property.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR BOOKING WITH BOOKING.COM?

It's very easy.
Just fill in the booking form and click on the Submit/Reserve button. From there
you will be asked to enter your information and that's all.
You will get the final instructions from Booking.com about how you can confirm
your booking with us.


HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING WITH BOOKING.COM?

In order to get your booking confirmed & approved, you will have to send us the
receipt of your order within 24 hours from your registration.
In case we will not receive your receipt confirmation in 24 hours from your
registration, your reservation may be cancelled and rejected.

HOW YOU GET PROPERTY ACCESS?

Once your booking is approved by Booking.com you have the following options
available to access the property:

1. The Owner or a member of his/her staff will wait the Guest at the property;

2. If the owner is unavailable and the property has a key secured box,
Booking.com provides the secured PIN to the Guest after payment approval;

3. If the property does not have a key secured box, the property access will be
provided by KeyCafe ( https://keycafe.com ) or KeyNest ( https://keynest.com )
deppending on the property region;

4. If none of the above applies, a Booking.com agent will be dispatched to help
the Guest access the property.


HOW TO SIGN THE TENANCY AGREEMENT?

After your booking registration, Booking.com will provide a sample draft of the
tenancy agreement along with the invoice related to your reservation.
You can sign it online or you can download it and sign it directly at a public
notary.

WHAT GUARANTEES DOES BOOKING.COM PROVIDE?

The Guest registered information along with all the payments will be handled by
Booking.com B.V. until he will confirm/cancel the reservation.
The Guest has 48 hours to check the property for all the facilities and
ammenities with a full refund available from Booking.com if he would like to
cancel the reservation during this period.

All the Booking.com fees are paid by the Owner so the Guest will not have to pay
any extra fees during his staying.
