E-OSCAR 4.0 NEWSFLASH!

To use a sports analogy, we’ve rounded third and are headed for home!

In just 24 days we will fully launch e-OSCAR 4.0. But we’re kickstarting our
launch process in just 10 days!

There is SO MUCH information that we need to share with you; please read this
email fully. Then read it again. Maybe a third time. This may well be the most
important e-OSCAR email you’ve received in a long, long time!

1. THE E-OSCAR 4.0 TIMELINE

Here are some critical dates and milestones that you need to know:

This is important: These dates are our biggest and most important milestones
that we’ll be hitting in the next month. They are critial to the successful
launch of e-OSCAR 4.0.

 * Today (and continuing every day until late July) - We’ve started migrating
   data from Legacy e-OSCAR to e-OSCAR 4.0. This includes resolved disputes,
   previously submitted AUDs, notifications, your company registration
   information, user data, and more.

 * YOUR ACTION REQUIRED BEFORE 5pm ET on Thursday, June 8th - Ensure that your
   company has whitelisted the following addresses and domains:
   https://www.e-oscar-web.net; https://legacy.e-oscar-web.net;
   https://prod-www.e-oscar-web.net; okta.com; noreply@e-oscar-web.net;
   eoscar@e-oscar-web.net. This is VERY IMPORTANT! DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!

 * Friday, June 9th - We will begin our “soft launch” and initiate sending
   “Welcome to e-OSCAR” emails to certain users. Read below for more details
   about what the soft launch means

 * Friday, June 23rd at 3:00pm ET - We will bring the e-OSCAR platform down so
   that we can begin the final installation of e-OSCAR 4.0 into production

 * Monday, June 26th - We expect the e-OSCAR 4.0 application AND the Legacy
   e-OSCAR application will be available. Exact timing TBD and will be
   communicated

2. E-OSCAR 4.0 SOFT LAUNCH: WHAT IT MEANS & WHAT YOU CAN DO

Alright kiddo, you've had your fun in the sandbox (aka Stage). But now it's time
to put on your big kid boots and get your feet wet in production (aka Soft
Launch). You've tinkered with e-OSCAR 4.0 long enough, so let's see what you're
made of in the real deal.

Why it matters: We want Data Furnishers to be ready to work in e-OSCAR 4.0 on
the initial day of go-live; granting access to allow Registration Administrators
prepare their e-OSCAR accounts in advance of go-live will make the overall
process simpler.

Here are important details about our soft launch:

 * Administrators & Operators will be sent “Welcome to e-OSCAR” emails beginning
   on June 9th. We recommend that you activate your ID within e-OSCAR 4.0 during
   our soft launch time frame - which will run until June 23rd.

 * Registration Administrators should validate that company information, user
   data, subscriber codes, and CRA reporting relationships were migrated into
   e-OSCAR 4.0 correctly. Additionally, companies can enable Units and
   Skill-Based Routing if desired and begin to assign migrated operators to
   specific Units / Skills.

 * DO NOT CREATE any users in the e-OSCAR 4.0 application during the soft launch
   period (unless you are an API-enabled Data Furnisher and have been
   specifically instructed to do so)

 * Selected Data Furnishers will receive “Welcome to e-OSCAR” emails for all
   users during Soft Launch. We are doing this to facilitate onboarding some of
   our larger customers during launch weekend. These activation emails will be
   “live” for thirty (30) days. If your users do not receive “Welcome to
   e-OSCAR” emails during soft-launch, they will receive them during the weekend
   of go-live.

 * Any Transaction completed during soft launch in e-OSCAR 4.0 will be purged.
   All transactions (ACDV, AUD, BRR, etc.) that are entered into the e-OSCAR 4.0
   platform during the soft launch window will be purged nightly and will not be
   routed to the CRAs. Do not enter any transactions into e-OSCAR 4.0 during
   soft launch!

 * You MUST work active disputes in Legacy e-OSCAR during soft launch. You can
   still access Legacy e-OSCAR at www.e-oscar-web.net.

 

3. SYSTEM UPDATE BLACKOUT PERIOD

No e-OSCAR Registration updates will be made between June 9th and June 26th.

Why it matters: So we can complete data migration correctly, we will not allow
any updates during this time period.

What this means:

 1. We will not process any new account registrations, mergers, or deactivations
    during this period

 2. We will not allow any modifications to CRA reporting relationships,
    Subscriber Codes, etc

 3. We will not process any key-contact updates (for example, Registration
    Administrator of Record, Compliance Contact, or Billing Coordinator)

4. PAUSING SUPPORT FOR THE E-OSCAR 4.0 SANDBOX

As you know, the e-OSCAR 4.0 Sandbox is our non-production, learning laboratory
environment where you can test out the new features and capabililties of e-OSCAR
4.0.

Between June 1st and July 17th, we are pausing support for all access requests
or password resets for the Sandbox environment.

What this means: The e-OSCAR Help Desk team will NOT be providing support for
access requests, password resets, or other administrative functions in our
Sandbox. Data Furnishers will need to partner with their internal Registration
or Operator Administrators for these types of support requests.

It’s your last chance for live, facilitator-led e-OSCAR 4.0 training!

As we wind down before our go-live, we’re going to offer one more live training
session for each of our e-OSCAR 4.0 training webinars.
