It is important to us that you know how any personal data you enter into our web
site is secured, accessed and utilized. Please read the statement below

EchoSpan, Inc. ("EchoSpan"), is the operator of this web application (the
"Site"), and has been contracted by Jazz Pharma (the "Client") to provide online
employee feedback and survey services.


EchoSpan will never sell your personal information to a third party or publish
it publicly. It will only be made available to the Client company for the
purposes of administering online feedback surveys. If you are an administrative
user for the Client's account (you create and manage feedback surveys), your
personal information may be used to send you periodic product alert messages.
Any data entered into the Site will be collected and stored using industry
standard in-transit and at-rest encryption technologies.


Because, as the provider of a customizable, web-based tool, EchoSpan does not
have complete control over the types of questions you might be asked by the
Client in a feedback review, it is important that you understand we recommend
you NEVER ANSWER questions pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, political
opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership,
genetic information, biometric information, health or sexual orientation.
EchoSpan should not be used if you are under 18 years old.


Data you enter into the Site will be transmitted to and stored on dedicated
servers owned by EchoSpan and hosted by Microsoft Azure in the European Union.
Typically, this data is hosted by EchoSpan as long as the Client maintains a
current subscription with our company. Data from accounts that have expired are
removed within 90 days of the Client's expiration date. Backups of this data may
exist for a period of six months after which the data are completely and
permanently removed from our systems. EchoSpan may use the personal data that
you enter for the following purposes:

1. For user profile identification, administration and authentication  

2. Providing project administrators with status information

3. Be made available to project administrators in the form of data exports and
reports



Any information entered into the Site will be made available via the Site to the
registered administrative users of the Client entity, listed below:
