I had the network guys opening up for get and because it said so when trying to
log in to Postman. I never had to leave my IDE and could run a full end-to-end
workflow within seconds of my deployment being complete. So when I was building
the API, I would deploy to my account using the CLI in VS Code, then immediately

And – yes – we have even persevered through brutal storms on the waters of the
Bermuda Triangle after a life-affirming and career-altering brand film
production in the Bahamas. We have even climbed and filmed from on top of
skyscrapers (using basic ladders and construction cranes), including the 92
story structure which bears the name of the 45th President of the United States
(Trump Tower in Chicago). We have filmed onboard private jets, helicopters,
Cessnas and United States Battleships. The views have become increasingly more
amazing along the way, with us filming from the top of the Empire State
Building, underneath the Eiffel Tower, deep in the High Desert and at the bottom
of the Atlantic Ocean. And finally, after many years of perfecting our craft, we
had the treasured opportunity of working on a Star Wars-themed production that
took place “A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away….” Silicon Valley tech
titan Elon Musk even tweeted a video created by Richter Studios. Our production
journey has led to work with megastar Ludacris, Super Bowl-winning coach Jon
Gruden, TV icon Bill Kurtis, legendary Apollo 8/13 astronaut Jim Lovell and
dozens more sports, business and entertainment celebrities. Eventually we began
to develop hand-drawn illustrations which redefined the art of testimonial films
and also animated Christmas trees using just still photography. Our productions
now feature photo-realistic 3D buildings that are inserted into the Chicago

Social media companies looking to prevent a video being uploaded at all must
first upload a copy of that video to a database, allowing for new uploads to be
compared against that footage.Įven when platforms have a reference point - the
original offending video - users can manipulate their version of the footage to
circumvent upload filters, for example by altering the image or audio quality.
The way most content-recognition technology works, he explains, is based on a
“fingerprinting” model. “It’s very hard to prevent a newly-recorded violent
video from being uploaded for the very first time,” Peng Dong, the co-founder of
content-recognition company ACRCloud, tells TIME.

“We’re also removing any praise or support for the crime and the shooter or
shooters as soon as we’re aware.”Įxperts say the Christchurch video highlights a
fatal flaw in social media companies’ approach to content moderation. “We
quickly removed both the shooter’s Facebook and Instagram accounts and the
video,” a Facebook spokesperson said. (Four arrests were made after the
Christchurch shooting, and it remains unclear whether the shooter who
live-streamed the attack acted alone.)įacebook said that the original video of
the attack was only taken down after they were alerted to its existence by New
Zealand police, indicating that an algorithm had not noticed the video. “We
would strongly urge that the link not be shared.” Mass shooters often crave
notoriety, and each horrific event brings calls to deny assailants the infamy

social media companies often fail to recognize violent content before it spreads
virally, letting users take advantage of the unprecedented and instantaneous
reach offered by the very same platforms trying to police them. Social media
companies augment their AI technology with thousands of human moderators who
manually check videos and other content. “Once you know something is prohibited
content, that’s where the technology kicks in,” says Lemieux. First, there’s
content recognition technology, which uses artificial intelligence to compare
newly-uploaded footage to known illicit material. “It becomes essentially like a
game of whack-a-mole,” says Tony Lemieux, professor of global studies and
communication at Georgia State University.įacebook, YouTube and other social
media companies have two main ways of checking content uploaded to their
platforms.

The episode underscored social media companies’ Sisyphean struggle to police
violent content posted on their platforms. Even as the platforms worked to take
some copies down, other versions were re-uploaded elsewhere. Copies of that
footage quickly proliferated to other platforms, like YouTube, Twitter,
Instagram and Reddit, and back to Facebook itself.

The original Facebook Live broadcast was eventually taken down, but not before
its 17-minute runtime had been viewed, replayed and downloaded by users.

In an apparent effort to ensure their heinous actions would “go viral,” a
shooter who murdered at least 49 people in attacks on two mosques in
Christchurch, New Zealand, on Friday live-streamed footage of the assault
online, leaving Facebook, YouTube and other social media companies scrambling to
block and delete the footage even as other copies continued to spread like a
virus.

since the host player is the only one “running” the game the other player is

but they were unreliable… then RPT came along and made it a breeze!) Such an
option is great for people who either want to “share” a town with a
friend/partner/child, or to combine different players’ skills e.g. So, Remote
Play Together isn’t really what you want for multiplayer with a friend, unless
you specifically want to play the unusual style of game where you both control
the same town. player 1 using WASD while player 2 uses the arrow keys or JIKL)…
it will never allow you to “share” the game as though the other person has a

from Sonic 1, which is exactly the right amount of representation for Sonic's

them are based on ones from Sonic's 16 bit days.Why? BECAUSE COOL ROCKS DON'T
GIVE A FUCK THAT'S WHY. Cool rocks can do literally anything, so this one turned
the Eggrobos into the HARD BOILED HEAVIES And teleported the whole lot of them
to Green Hill Zone. Basically Robotnik and a bunch of his little eggrobos found
another COOL ROCK that's unrelated to the series' established cool rocks. It's a
pretty direct reference to Sonic 3's opening, right down to playing Angel
Island's music. Just look at that title screen! Man! That's a nice title screen!
Also the menus look alright too I guess whatever who cares. THE PRESENTATION IN
THIS GAME IS SO GOOD.In which an already-drunk BEAT, is dragged by his own mad
whims into yet another Let's Stream Play! But this time, it's a game he actually

Protect your mortars - make sure they can't be easily reached and taken out from
the outside.Use anti-tank guns to protect bunkers and tank depots.



 * Make sure your fort/castle is not next to your Town Center, so that one
   sabotage can't freeze both of them.
 * If you have Forbidden City, make sure it is separated from Town Center so
   that the attacker can't rally on both.
 * Don't bother protecting gold/food/oil resource so put them outside of walls
   - you can't lose resources or medals in wars.
 * Defenses that spawn troops (Fort/Castle/Garrison/Stables/Bunkers.) should not
   be walled off completely, or the spawned troops or Generals will be trapped!
   Spawned troops can not go through walls and need gates in order to get out
   and engage the enemy.
 * Make sure your Town Center and all defenses are behind multiple layers of
   walls.
 * So, the ONLY objective you have when you design a war base is to keep the
   enemy from earning stars! Traps will also reset themselves so that they are
   always active for each enemy attack.Īnother feature of war bases is that
   enemy attacks on it will never steal your own resources, will never give you
   medals or take them away, and won't affect your peace treaties.
   
   
   
   Troops that your allies donate on the war map during planning day will always
   pop out of your town center to defend it, and your highest general(s) will
   always be active to defend your castle/fort. Your war base is the one that
   enemies can only attack in world wars. You can protect resources and leave
   your town center exposed, or you can protect your town center to try to hold
   on to medals. We have NO rules about how you set up this base.
   
   It's also the base that other players see when they attack you in regular
   multiplayer. It's where you start research, train troops, and all of that.
   Your town base is the one that you see when you first log in. There are 3
   slots for your town base and 3 slots for your warbase. When you use the
   in-game map-editor, you must select which base you are editing. Difference
   between Town Base and War Base:
