I cannot fault the transfer service and have used it multiple times and have never had a problem. The most recent transaction/transfer a few days ago went very smoothly as always. Payment is made in London, for example, and funds are in my Australian bank account the following morning, usually less than 12 hours later. So much cheaper, fully transparent, easier and quicker than the banks. I constantly have the App open to instantly assess prices quoted in other countries. I have found it invaluable.
