ESTORE®

Explore the next generation of our eStore® right from our Mobile Banking app.
Our enhanced eStore® is an innovative digital banking experience that allows you
to shop for and buy financial products and services and access financial
education resources. Open a deposit account, apply for a consumer or small
business loan or schedule an appointment to meet with one of our banking
experts—just add the product to your shopping cart and checkout. You can access
our new eStore® anywhere - via our website, through our mobile app or in
branches throughout our footprint.


CREDIT CENTER

With the mobile Credit Center, customers can easily access their credit
information on the go. This free and powerful tool enables users to track their
financial health by:

 * Reviewing their daily credit scores as well as their full credit report.
 * Gaining an understanding of the key factors that impact credit scores.
 * Receiving credit monitoring alerts and tips to improve their credit score.


SECURE CHAT

Authenticated Mobile Banking users can securely chat with our Customer Contact
Center representatives through the Customer Service Chat feature. Rather than
calling the Customer Contact Center for assistance, once logged in, users can
simply tap the “Chat” bubble icon located on every screen of the app to message
a representative via the Mobile Banking app. With chat, customers can accomplish
many of the same tasks available through the Customer Contact Center.


VIEW AND DOWNLOAD ONLINE STATEMENTS

Access up to two years of Online Statements, so customers can easily view and
download recent Online statements right from their mobile device.

SMS TEXT BANKING

If you want to check your balances and review transactions, you can do so
quickly and easily with text message banking. Simply send a text message with a
brief command to our SMS short code, 91489, and we will respond with your
current balances, transaction history, ATM and branch locations, or more. Common
commands include BAL (balance), ATM or BRANCH + your zipcode (locations) and
HIST + your account name (history).


GETTING STARTED WITH MOBILE BANKING

Getting started with Mobile Banking is quick and easy. Just follow a few simple
steps to begin enjoying the powerful features and convenient access of Mobile
Banking with FNB Direct.
 * Step 1: Enroll in Online Banking
   
   To begin using Mobile Banking, you must first register for Online Banking.
   Enrolling is easy. Visit the link below to get started. After you establish
   your User ID and Password within Online Banking, you can use the same login
   information to access Mobile Banking.

   Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, the next step is to download the
   FNB Direct Mobile Banking app from the app store for your device.1 We support
