Best experience in a great beans. Exact opposite of Townplace Montgomery
East Chase! Just shows what competent management and staff can accomplish

NO AC IN ROOM
AC broke. No maintence guy avail to fix. Staff gave us tabletop fan. We
opened window but could only open 2 inches since a safety hazard and
stopper on sliding window meanwhile our other room with AC did not have
this "stopper" on window. So much for "safety". We would of removed safety
stopper ourselves if we had tools. Invoice for room came via email. We had
to go to front desk and say something for them to credit us. We were
inconvenienced in many ways and only compensation was not paying for that
room. Our guests in that room came to our room at 6am to try and get some
additional sleep. We came back to room after dinner to turn in early 10pm
which ended up being 12 midnight after all was done. We understand stuff
happens with AC not working but it was a struggle to try to make a bad
situation into a more acceptable condition which it ultimately never was.

GREAT LOCATION, EXCELLENT COMFORT.
The Towne Suites was conveniently located and comfortable. The breakfast
was also very well stocked with selections for everybody!

WEEKEND STAY
Overall a good stay, rooms are clean and quiet, pool was out of service
when we stayed. Food is basic for breakfast it is what you would expect.
Bring your own pillow, pillows were not good. Room was a little dated but
clean.

NOICE COMPLAINT AT 4 IN THE AFTERNOON
Had a noise complaint for people singing happy birthday to my wife at 4 in
the afternoon when hotel quiet hrs are from 10 pm thru 7am. The so called
manager Dylan came an knocked on the door telling us we had to be quiet.
Then a few mins later someone was pounding on our door when I opened the
door no 1 was there.i was told nothing could be done about that when I
addressed the situation with him. My wife's family left immediately after
thus happened for fear we would get kicked out our room. It totally ruined
the surprise for my wife. @VanessaRosado @AmandaLittle.i travel frequently
for business and stay at Marriott hotels thus while situation has left a
bad taste in my mouth about this Marriott staff an the way I was treated

ANOTHER GOOD STAY AT TOWNEPLACE SUITES LATHAM ALBANY AIRPORT MARRIOTT.
A Very Good stay again. We always use your Marriott Latham when we come to
Albany to visit with our daughter and her young and growing family. At
least twice/Yr, if not more.
Our experience with your Front Desk Staff/Team (either evening or day)
continues to demonstrate to us that you do genuinely try to make the
Customer whole/right or satisfied, at least, based on our experiences with
you across the last 3-4 yrs+, each time it's been needed, no matter our
topic of need. This stay was no different. You helped us again.
And there have been a couple of add'l opportunities where you've helped us
out over the last few years, as I think back, while sharing this feedback
with you now.
