WELCOME TO COLLEGE SUITES AT WASHINGTON SQUARE

College Suites at Washington Square provides modern, comfortable student housing
across the street from the Schenectady County Community College (SCCC) campus
and is minutes from downtown shops, cafes and activities in Schenectady, New
York. Apartment-style living gives residents their independence while still
being connected to the amenities and resources they need while
attending college.

SCCC and other students are welcome to apply for residency in our
apartments. College Suites at Washington Square is within walking distance of
SCCC and close to nearby CDTA bus stops as well.
