This is an annual contract. Pricing is for single-family residential homes under
5,000 square feet. Call for quotes on homes 5,000 square feet and over, multiple
units, condos, townhomes, mobile homes, and guest homes.

*Please read your contract for specific coverage and limitations. In some
instances, Homeowner and First American may agree to payment of cash in lieu of
repair or replacement. Payment will be made based on First American’s negotiated
rates with its suppliers, which may be less than retail.

FIRST CLASS UPGRADE

This option offers the additional coverage listed below, and more, and is only
available when the First Class Upgrade option is purchased with the Basic or
Premier Plan. Please read a sample contract for full details.

 * Building permits and limited upgrades required by building codes
 * Improper installations and modifications completed prior to the coverage
   period without your clients’ knowledge
 * Recapture and removal of refrigerant, and disposal of appliances, systems, or
   components we replace
 * View additional coverage included with Premier Plan when First Class Upgrade
   option is purchased.

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

 * Plumbing: Faucets will be replaced with chrome builder’s standard when
   replacement is required, shower head, shower arm and hose bibbs
 * Toilet: Tanks, bowls and mechanisms will be replaced with like quality up to
   $600 per occurrence
 * Heating: Registers, grills, filters, heat lamps and crane cost for roof-top
   units
 * Garage Door Opener: Hinges, springs and remote transmitters
 * Ductwork: Registers and grills
