The DTC is the data catalogue for REC parties. DTC flows, sent over the Data
Transfer Network (a core component of the EMDH), support the processes between
electricity suppliers and distribution companies enabling electricity suppliers

Welcome to the ElectraLink Data Transfer Catalogue (DTC). The DTC is the data
catalogue for Retail Energy Code (REC) parties, detailing the data flows that
accommodate the inter-operational exchange of information and enable effective
communication between industry participants via a standardised format. For more
information on the DTC, please visit the REC website.
DTC flows, sent over ElectraLink’s Data Transfer Network, support the processes
and interactions that occur between a wide variety of participants in the
electricity market including suppliers, distributors, and central data bodies
when a customer goes through a change of supplier. These include processes for
the resolution of erroneous transfers, the notification of change of supplier,
and the resolution of disputed change of supplier events.
The catalogue represents the current published DTC baseline that can be found
here. This catalogue supports the baseline by providing the definitions of the
data flows and data items that are sent between industry participants. All flows
and items are available to view in the tool or as CSV files that can be
downloaded.

Catalogue information is taken from FlowBuilder, an industry tool which has been
provided for customers to design, amend, test and share data flow templates.
