National Institute of Securities Markets offers a bouquet of uniquely positioned
Long-term programmes that prepare new age market professionals with a
well-rounded and holistic understanding of the markets and equips existing
professionals with expertise in various functional domains like treasury,
compliance, etc.

The institute with its team of dedicated academicians and industry experts
impart knowledge based on in-depth research and constant interaction with the
policymakers in the industry at the highest level. The institute has perfected
the design and delivery of globally bench-marked curriculum, as evident from the

REGULAR PROGRAMMES

 * PGPISM 2024
   
   PGPISM is a one-year residential program, where the students get exposure to
   varied subjects and verticals of investments and securities markets including
   Economics, Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Portfolio
   Management, Equity Valuation, Fixed Income Securities and Derivatives & Risk
   Management, Investment Banking, Mutual Funds, and Wealth Management etc.,
   benchmarked with the best and contemporary texts. Duration 1-year, full time
   program. Eligibility Norms • Post Graduate in any discipline from a
   recognized University.
   OR
   • Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized
   university in India.

 * CSMC (Executive Program)
   
   CSMC (Executive Program) is a one-year residential program that provides
   students with exposure to a wide range of subjects covered in the CS
   executive program. In addition, the program includes added subjects related
   to listed issuers and securities market compliances such as an Overview of
   securities markets, Issuer compliances, Intermediaries Compliances,
   Derivatives, and corporate governance. The curriculum is carefully crafted
   and benchmarked with the best and contemporary texts. The program also
   includes application-based teaching Duration 1-year, full time program.
   Eligibility Norms Student must be enrolled in the CS (Executive) program
   (Offered by ICSI)

 * PGP (PM/IA/RA)
   
    Post Graduate Program in the Securities Market (Portfolio Management /
   Investment Advisory / Research Analysis) designed for Individuals with a
   passion for securities markets and keenness to acquire in-depth understanding
   of securities markets with a special focus on one of the specialization areas
   viz., Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, or Research Analysis.
   Duration 15 months, Weekend programme (Saturdays – 6 pm to 9:15 pm & Sunday –
   10 am to 5:00 pm) Eligibility Graduates from any discipline from a recognized
   University under 10+2+3 stream.

 * CPDS (Basic)
   
   CPDS (Basic) offered by the National Institute of Securities Markets, will
   enable you to collect and manage data responsibly and ultimately use it to
   make informed decisions. The program is an interdisciplinary field of study
   that incorporates basic understanding of finance and securities markets.
   Eligibility Eligibility: 12th standard with minimum 50% marks (Maths as a
   subject) from any recognized board.

   Graduation with 50% marks for recognized University/ Institute.

 * CPDS (Advance)
   
   Advance programme in Data Science is meant for professionals who want to
   understand in-depth knowledge of Data Science in financial/securities market.
   This Course is application- based. Eligibility To apply for this programme,
   the minimum educational requirement is:
   1) Graduation in any stream from a recognized University/Institute.
   Or
   2) Candidates who have successfully completed any program in the area of Data
   Science of minimum six months duration with minimum 50% marks.

 * PGCSM
   
   ICICI Bank has partnered with National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM)
   to launch Post Graduate Certificate in Securities Markets (PGCSM). The
   programme aims to create professionals such as Treasury dealers, Fund
   Managers, Analysts, Institutional Sales Professionals, and Investment
   Advisors in the securities markets. This partnership is part of ICICI Group’s
   strategy to capacitise for growth. Duration Term 1/2/3 (9 months) – Classroom
   training (at NISM)
   
   
   
   Term 4 (3 months) – Internship at ICICI Group
   
   Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (minimum 55% in graduation).
   
   
   
   12th and 10th – (minimum of 60%) [Additional – Should have studied
   mathematics at the intermediate level].
