Dan Owolabi is the Founding Executive Director of Branches Worldwide, a
fast-growing non-profit dedicated to making long-term investments in high-impact
Christian entrepreneurs around the world. With 20 years of experience teaching
leadership, Dan is a sought-after keynote speaker and a member of the Global
Leadership Summit teaching faculty. To date, Dan has worked with leaders in over
fifteen countries and four continents, helping them clarify their identity and
leverage their influence to serve others.

Dan's latest book "Authentic Leadership", quickly became an Amazon #1 New
Release. He holds a graduate degree from Ashland University centering on
American Leadership and is completing a doctorate in Global Leadership from
Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives in Ohio with his wife & two daughters.

CHRIS BECK

President

Our clients are built differently. They're focused on building legacies at home,
in their business, and in their communities. We recognize that path can be
lonely and it comes with a great burden. At Branches, our goal is to become a
trusted advisor to our clients and ease that burden as they realize and reach
the goals placed on their hearts.

Chris Beck is the President of Branches Consulting, Co. (BCC) and joins this
growing team of thought leaders and experts following a 20+ year career as a
healthcare executive. Over that time span, he held roles in clinical leadership,
business development, government relations, strategic planning, physician
recruiting, acquisitions, president of a large physician group, and as COO of
the health system. During this time, Chris also created a state-of-the-art
benefit design plan that helped employers better control healthcare costs by
focusing on advanced primary care solutions and value-based design.

Chris has served as an adjunct professor and curriculum developer of healthcare
law and finance at Malone University. During his career, he also served as a
business development consultant for a medical software company which grew from a
two-person start-up to a company with 80+ employees in three major U.S. cities,
India, and Egypt during his engagement.

In addition to his work with BCC, Chris also serves with the team at Branches
Worldwide, a fast-growing non-profit dedicated to making long term investments
in high-impact Christian entrepreneurs around the world. In this capacity, Chris
serves as the Business Development Director and works closely with business
owners in nineteen countries and across four continents.

He is also passionate about his local community and has served as chairman of
his local chamber of commerce, vice president of an elected school board,
managing partner and fiduciary agent of My Town Strasburg (a non-profit ministry
serving the needs of locals), and as a board member for the Tuscarawas County
YMCA.

He holds a master's degree in business administration, a bachelor's degree in
sports science, is a registered vascular technician and a certified black belt
in lean & six sigma. Chris is married to his college sweetheart, Heather, and
they have three amazing children together and live in Ohio.

DEANNA NICHOLS-STIKA

Consultant

We are invested in people achieving their best selves at work, home, and in
their communities.   We believe all individuals are leaders.  We walk alongside
clients to support, guide, and enhance their relationships and skill sets for
meaningful work in all environments.

Deanna Nichols-Stika has worked in the not-for-profit and government sectors
throughout her 25+ year social service career. Her areas of passion are her
faith, family, and community. Her professional focus lies in leadership
development, child abuse, domestic violence, and fundraising. Deanna thrives in
areas of servant leadership, interpersonal skill sets, relational listening,
coaching, strategic planning, and data analysis. She believes self-reflection
and continued learning are hallmarks of decerning God's path for us.

Deanna and her husband John live just outside Creston, Ohio. They are both
Kansas natives and big Kansas State fans. They have three adult sons, Tavis,
Gavin, Maccoy. Fun fact about Deanna, she loves anything with chocolate.

Marion Coblentz is an accomplished Executive Coach and Business Consultant with
over two decades of experience. He specializes in guiding businesses through
succession planning, family business dynamics, and empowering leaders through
personalized coaching sessions. Marion's workshops and trainings drive positive
change within organizations, fostering effective communication, team
collaboration, and a culture of innovation. With a focus on authenticity and
self-awareness, Marion empowers leaders to embrace their unique styles while
aligning their values with their professional roles. Marion's transformative
expertise ensures seamless leadership transitions and sustainable growth for
businesses.

Marion and Nancy, happily married for 46 years in Hartville, Ohio, are proud
parents to four sons and grandparents to 14. When not with his grandchildren,
Marion enjoys reading, serving others globally, mentoring young leaders, and
staying active in his community. Guided by his faith, he seeks to bless everyone
he meets, following Matthew 25:29 and Mark 4:24.
