Kenneth Macdonald * 4 hours ago Connor was a great ambassador for Dyno From logging my fault online and phoning the office next morning to confirm that I would be given at least 20 minutes warning of engineers arrival everything went to plan CONNER phoned MeV to say he was 25mins away which gave me time to drive to the flat Connor located the leak but unfortunately it was from the shower bar which is not covered he explained this well and was helpful measuring the type of unit I’d need to get. It’s a pity Dyno don’t fit these things as I’d have more than happy to pay them to do the job as I’m going to have to find a plumber to do the job anyway!
