OUR SPECIALITIES

Keloth tharavadu is an ancient home, 350 years old. Tharavadu located in the
middle of 8 acre plantation, A 200 acre Paddy field is located in front of this
tharavadu, This homestead on the bank of kabani rive. In the plantation where
tharavadu is located, jackfruit, Mango, Champa, pepper, coffee, banana,
rubber..... The keralavarma pazhassiraja stayed in this house and has a history.
A stay at this home will surely be a unique experience for you..



THE CINEMA HOUSE OF WAYANAD

This ancient house has become the location for 'Thudi,' directed by Anilkumar,
'Amma,' a ghost movie which was released in Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada as well
as many telefilms, serials and home cinemas including that of Madambu
Kunjukuttan.

WAYANAD

Wayanad, the green paradise is nestled among the mountains of the Western Ghats,
forming the border world of the greener part of Kerala. Clean and pristine,
enchanting and hypnotizing, this land is filled with history and culture.

NEAR BY ATTRACTIONS

The misty environs of Wayanad offer a wide range of trekking opportunities,
plantation visits and wildlife tours. Some nearest attractions are Muthanga
wildlife sanctuary,Chembra peak,Pookode lake etc.

One of the best stay. The peaceful environment was something we were looking
for. And this place was the right destination. The food and other services
provided by them was awesome. We would highly recommend this place for family

Amazing experience. If you want to have a traditional kerala heritage stay, this
is the place to go. Near to lush green paddy fields, its good for pictures for
the gram! They have preserved the old architecture of the building.. Brings back
nostalgia for malayalis, and excitement for others.

Nice place to stay. Manu, the care taker/manager is a very friendly and caring
young man. The cook, whom we call Thatha is an excellent cook. She made
traditional kerala breakfast for us. The rooms are very spacious and neat. When
the renovation of the bath room is completed, it's is an excellent place to stay
and relax.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the keloth tharavad. It is located in a
very peaceful and beautiful area. The property in maintained very clean and
well. The commute to Waynad is very easy since it's located between Kalpatta and
Mananthawadi. Mr Manu was very helpful and professional. Food is available
(breakfast + dinner) upon request and it was very good, special mention to
thatha who cooks the food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A building with a heritage and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time here and
the host Manu was very helpful and ensured that everything was in order. Really
enjoyed the food made by aunty. Definitely recommend for someone who is looking
