<p>As a result of Hurricane Ian, the Office of Insurance Regulation has issued Emergency Order 300997-22-EO that will substantially impact the RLI program, an FAIA-preferred provider. Both Personal Umbrella Policies (PUP) and Home
Business Insurance (HBI) are affected. The highlights of this emergency order are as follows: </p>

The Department of Financial Services (DFS) has notified FAIA that due to
Hurricane Ian, all licensees with compliance dates in September, October,
November, or December 2022 have been granted 90-day extensions. If your
compliance period falls within these months, please check your My Profile

As a result of Hurricane Ian, the Office of Insurance Regulation has issued
Emergency Order 300997-22-EO that will substantially impact the RLI program, an
FAIA-preferred provider. Both Personal Umbrella Policies (PUP) and Home Business
Insurance (HBI) are affected. The highlights of this emergency order are as
follows:
1. Carrier may not unilaterally, without concurrent consent, cancel or nonrenew
any policy between September 28 and November 28.
