We are opening Africa’s premium locations to investors all over the world.
By adding purpose to investment opportunities, we are developing Africa’s
communities and reconnecting our investors to nature and themselves.


ABOUT US

The Village Group is a concept originated in Zanzibar, Tanzania in 2017 by our
founders. After realizing the potential of bridging Africa’s landscapes with our
investors, the TVG concept emerged.

The Village Group is now part of multiple investments in Africa, in real estate,
hospitality and retail sector.

We believe in bridging people and nature in one of the most beautiful places on
Planet Earth. We help our clients with purpose driven investments, while
developing local communities. We are building Eden!

Why Africa?


Africa is the most beautiful place on Earth, where nature thrives and human
intervention is symbiotic with the environment. There is a huge potential to
reconnect humanity with nature, while creating consistent ROI.

We are using local materials and workforce, designing timeless projects with the
environment in mind. The large amounts of sunlight give us the opportunity to
use solar energy to power our projects, in allignment with SDG.

In the Western World we have lost connection with who we are, driven by profits

Our projects are signed by Picktwo Studio – one of the best hospitality studios
in Europe.

Picktwo Studio is an architecture and interior design studio with more than 10
years of experience in developing hospitality projects all over the world.

As part of the investment team, their lead architects are involved in developing
concepts and the best solutions for each projects.

MOVING INTO HOSPITALITY

After our start in Retail, we moved to hospitality with 2 new investments in
2022 and 2023. Our projects are examples of purpose driven investments. We
deliver ROI to our investors, while developing communities in Africa. We work
with local talent, local products, local suppliers and manufacturers.

SOLYMAR, JAMBIANI

Solymar Villas have become one of the best places on the beach of Jambiani.

With 20 rooms, private pools and ocean views under the palm trees, private
dinning experiences and traditional African hospitality, this it’s a dream come
true for our guests.

MOVING INTO HOSPITALITY

After our start in Retail, we moved to hospitality with 2 new investments in
2022 and 2023. Our projects are examples of purpose driven investments. We
deliver ROI to our investors, while developing communities in Africa. We work
with local talent, local products, local suppliers and manufacturers.

SHANGA, PAJE

Opened at the end of 2023, Shanga Restaurant and Terrace on the beach of Paje is
the crown jewel of TVG, with an investment of over 1 M EUR.

Designed by Picktwo Studio, our architecture and interior design partner, it
quickly became one of the most instagrammed places in Zanzibar.
