with its initial Industria. Industria is a journal published by the Department
of Agro-industrial Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of
Brawijaya, Indonesia. It publishes articles in the scope of technology and
management of the agro-industrial field. Published since its inception in 2012,
Industria has become one journal referenced by several authors, especially those
who work in the field of agro-industry. We are looking forward to accepting
