great from the start, but I love that they are always implementing new features
and making improvements. I can easily send required trainings to my staff,
update employee information, view credentials/certificates, ask for new
trainings to be uploaded, pick from a large selection of current trainings as
needed, and much more. They have reporting features and downloadable
spreadsheets I can use to maintain track of my employees. They have also always
been very responsive - any minor issues or tickets submitted are resolved within
just a few hours. I would highly recommend their program!
