IM=X® Gift Cards Membership Terms & Policies Our memberships run for 3 months and after the 3rd month, they renew on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation notice. Freezing your membership: You have the option to freeze your membership in the event of a vacation or another personal reason. You can freeze for a MINIMUM of two weeks and a MAXIMUM of 4 weeks. Only one freeze is allowed every 3 months of the membership. Freezes are to be requested via email to sam@imxpilates.com You will receive a response via email within 24-48 hours. Booking your classes: Using our app, you have the option of booking your classes up to 4 weeks in advance. You can cancel your classes up to 4 hours before the class is set to begin. In the case that you cannot make it last minute, please call or text us so you are not charged a $15 no-show fee. Please keep in mind that we offer several different class types. The description, level, and instructor of each class is listed in our app. You are welcome to take any of our classes unless advised to avoid certain class levels. We strongly encourage you to challenge yourself safely and consistently to get the best results. Canceling a membership: We’d hate to see you go but in the case that you have to cancel your membership, that request should be made to our email, sam@imxpilates.com. All memberships have a 30-day cancellation notice. This means you have 30 days to use up your membership from the point that you request a cancellation. You will get billed for a month of classes which you can certainly use. Once you request a cancellation via email, you will be sent a DocuSign (electronic cancellation form) that will contain your final billing date. You must electronically sign and send this form back to us to process your cancellation. We do not cancel memberships over the phone or via text message.
