     I needed a place near Logan Airport and found this place. Easy to get to
     and out of. I was surprised by how clean and up to date everything was.
     Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent place for the money

     WORST MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE EVER
     
     When I get to the hotel and check-in at night, I was about to get on my bed
     to sleep, then I found the bed sheet full of wrinkles. I took a closer
     look, there's grease (yellow/red) on the sheet. I was about to call the
     front desk, then saw hair next to the pillow. And also found out grease on
     the phone. There's no indication of the font desk's number, I have to go to
     the front desk. When the person heard my sheet was dirty, he only passed me
     a new set of sheets. I am guessing he misunderstood what I meant. But this
     is very ridiculous that I need to change bed sheet on my own for this.
     Worst experience with Marriott and worst with Fairfield Inn (I usually stay
     at Marriott/Fairfield when I am doing my roadtrip). I probably not
     considering this chain again.

     First couple of days were good, no issues. My room was never cleaned, trash
     was never emptied. I was checked out of my room a day early by front desk.
     I spook with front desk the night we had the issue with room. She was
     trying to be helpful but I feel this is not an “inconvenience” and just by
     mere luck I did not have more issues arise. I was checked out at 5:30pm on
     Saturday, while I was in the middle of Boston sight seeing. My reservation
     was until Sunday. We returned back to our room around 11pm and had access
     to the elevator and to get into my room so if I had been checked out early
     this doesn’t give me much faith in your security system. I’m grateful my
     room was not attempted to be cleaned prior to issuing it to someone new
     because all my belongings would have probably been removed. So this also
     doesn’t reassure me on the cleanliness of the room when I checked in.
     Needless to say everytime I call to speak to someone regarding this issue,
     all they can do is apologize for the inconvenience. An inconvenience is
     making me wait a few minutes cause my room is not ready, it is not giving
     someone complete access to my room while I am still in it. This was very
     stressful and I did not sleep much that night. I was offered some points to
     whatever club but I don’t think I will be staying with Marriot any time
     soon, so this doesn’t do me much good. This is something I expect from a
     lower end motel or something not from a Marriot. I had charges placed on
     the card they used for the hold and no one can explain them to me. At first
     I kept being told they were pending and would just fall off. Of course they
     did not.
