WINTER BREAK SUPPORT

If you require support for your mental health and wellbeing over the winter
break our new, 24/7 student support line, in partnership with Spectrum.Life, is
now open and available to all students. It is a free, confidential, in the
moment support service that is available 24/7, 365 days a year covering numerous
topics such as: Stress, Anxiety, Low mood, Loss & Grief, Relationship problems,
and much more.   Call: 0808 238 9888 (calls are free unless calling from
overseas).


WINTER BREAK

The University will be closed from Friday 22nd December, please check the FAQs
or submit an enquiry through this Digital Hub. Phone lines and the physical Hubs
will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Any enquiries submitted will be picked
up from 2 January onwards.
