The All-On-4 Procedure
(Indicated for Upper or Lower Jaw)

The All-on-4® treatment concept replaces your missing teeth within the upper or
lower jaw with a full set of teeth supported by only four dental implants.
Compared to outdated concepts that required 6-8 dental implants, with less
implants needed, the overall treatment time and cost is reduced. With over 15
years of use of this specific technique, All-on-4® treatment concept is well
documented and has a success rate that is comparable to, or higher than, all
other treatment options for a fixed, implant supported, implant retained
prosthesis.

The Trefoil Procedure
(Indicated for Lower Jaw)

The Trefoil procedure provides a breakthrough in efficiency, allowing for fixed
teeth in the mandible (lower jaw). It provides similar stability and function as
compared to the All-on-4 at a significantly reduced cost. Utilizing a titanium
bar manufactured by Nobel BioCare, teeth are fabricated and seated on three
Nobel BioCare implants. Patients who want, but can not afford the All-on-4, now
have an option that helps avoid a poorly fitting and bulky mandibular denture.

Corrective Jaw Surgery
(Orthognathic Surgery)

For patients with severely misaligned jaws, we perform corrective jaw surgery.
Also called “orthognathic surgery,” this procedure requires extra planning, time
and most importantly, expertise – all keys to ensuring that you have an ideal
outcome. We work directly with your Orthodontist to ensure that you receive the
best possible functional and esthetic outcome.
