FedEx Freight implemented the Peak Surcharge on July 5, 2021 due to elevated
volumes, high demand for capacity, and increased operating costs across our
network.

To provide our customers with the best possible service during this challenging
time, the FedEx Freight Peak Surcharge will be updated to include shipments
destined to the ZIP codes listed here effective September 27, 2021. The charge
will be assessed based on the tier classification of the destination ZIP code as
indicated on the Peak Surcharge table below.

our network. We again anticipate the surge in residential volume to carry over
into the new year.

Peak — Residential Delivery Charge 

Customers at the enterprise level who meet a certain volume threshold (as
indicated below) will be charged  a Peak — Residential Delivery Charge for
packages shipped during Nov. 1, 2021–Jan.16, 2022. The scope of a customer's
volume shall be determined by FedEx in its sole discretion. The Peak —
Residential Delivery Charge will be assessed in addition to the customer’s
Residential Delivery Charge. Any contracted discount or cap the customer may
have on the Residential Delivery Charge will not apply to the Peak — Residential
Delivery Charge. For invoicing purposes, this charge will be combined with the
customer’s Residential Delivery Charge. Your FedEx sales representative will
reach out to you regarding how it may impact you.

 * For customers who ship more than 25,000 weekly average residential* and FedEx
   Ground Economy packages (total for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S.
   domestic) from Oct. 4, 2021–Oct. 17, 2021, the Peak - Residential Delivery
   Charge reflected in the chart below will apply Nov. 1, 2021–Dec. 12, 2021.
   The amount charged per package will be based on a Peaking Factor, calculated
   as weekly average residential* and FedEx Ground Economy packages shipped Oct.
   4, 2021–Oct. 17, 2021, divided by weekly average residential* and FedEx
   Ground Economy packages shipped Feb. 3, 2020–March 1, 2020, multiplied by
   100. Peaking Factor and amount charged are determined separately for FedEx
   Express and FedEx Ground.
 * For customers who ship more than 25,000 weekly average residential* and FedEx
   Ground Economy packages (total for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S.
   domestic) from Nov. 15, 2021–Nov. 28, 2021, the Peak - Residential Delivery
   Charge reflected in the chart below will apply Dec. 13, 2021–Jan. 16, 2022.
   The amount charged per package will be based on a Peaking Factor, calculated
   as weekly average residential* and FedEx Ground Economy packages shipped Nov.
   15, 2021–Nov. 28, 2021, divided by weekly average residential* and FedEx
   Ground Economy packages shipped Feb. 3, 2020–March 1, 2020, multiplied by
   100. Peaking Factor and amount charged are determined separately for FedEx
   Express and FedEx Ground.
 * For weeks with holidays, weekly average value will be prorated based on the
   FedEx normal operating days during non-holiday weeks.
 * Beginning on January 17, 2022, customers who shipped more than 25,000 weekly
   average residential (excluding FedEx One Rate packages) and FedEx Ground
   Economy packages (total for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S. domestic)
   during either of the Calculation Periods set forth above will be charged an
   additional $0.60 per residential package for the Residential Delivery
   Charge. This charge will apply to FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S.
   domestic residential packages (excluding FedEx Ground Economy and FedEx One
   Rate packages).

Residential Delivery Charge. Any contracted discount or cap the customer may
have on the Residential Delivery Charge will not apply to the Peak — Residential
Delivery Charge. For invoicing purposes, this charge will be combined with the
customer’s current Residential Delivery Charge. Your FedEx sales representative
will reach out to you regarding how it may impact you. 

 * For customers who ship more than 30,000 weekly average packages (total for
   FedEx Express* and FedEx Ground U.S. domestic residential packages and FedEx
   Ground® Economy packages) from Jan. 4, 2021–Jan. 31, 2021 (the “Shipping
   History Period”), the Peak — Residential Delivery Charge will apply effective
   Feb. 15, 2021 until further notice. The charge amount of $0.30 per package
   will apply to FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S. domestic residential

PEAK SURCHARGES AND FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

Updated Sept. 9, 2021

We announced a surcharge on all FedEx Express® and TNT international parcel and
freight shipments beginning April 6, 2020.

We implemented this surcharge due to the various COVID-19 containment
restrictions issued in countries around the world. Those restrictions are
disrupting the global supply chain. As a result, air cargo capacity is limited,
and we are incurring incremental costs as we adjust our international networks
to best deliver much-needed goods and services in this constrained environment.

This surcharge does not apply to domestic shipments.

Peak Surcharge on FedEx Express International Services Created with Sketch.

Beginning Sept. 13, 2021, the Peak Surcharge amount will increase for some FedEx
Express international parcel and freight shipments originating in China; Hong
Kong SAR, China; Japan; Korea and Macau SAR, China and destined to the U.S.,
Canada, and certain LAC countries.

Beginning Sept. 20, 2021, the Peak Surcharge amount will increase for certain
countries in LAC destined to countries around the world.
